Wild Caught
Warehou is a family of fish that are easy to cook, cheap to buy, and high in Omega-3 acids. They often go by other names – Trevally, Snotties, Spotties, Snotgall – but at Kyeema they are always labelled as Warehou. Most common is the Silver Warehou, recognisable by the dark spots along its sides. One of the most popular parts of the Warehou, is the roe that comes from it. The roe is seasonal so keep an eye on our social media!
