Our kitchen staff also make two varieties of gravlax. Brandy & Orange and Vodka & Dill. Traditionally a Nordic dish, gravlax is a variety of cured salmon, often cured in salt and sugar. Commonly served as an appetizer, gravlax is thinly sliced and pairs well with bread or crackers.

We sell a large variety of fresh and frozen roe. Some roe is seasonal, so you’ll only find it here fresh in winter and spring. Other roe you can trust us to stock year round.

WAKAME/SEAWEED SALAD
Due to the unpredictable nature of the seafood industry, we can never guarantee fresh, wild-caught stock. However, we do sell a frozen seaweed salad year-round, and on occasion we stock fresh wakame. Give us a call to find out what we’ve got in store!

Friday is Sashimi Day at Kyeema!
Depending on the catch of the week we may have fresh Tuna, Salmon or Kingfish sashimi available.

We stock a range of dehydrated seafood packaged as dog treats from Clamms Seafood. Made from 100% Australian seafood, these treats are rich in omega-3 fatty acids and an excellent source of protein.
